Dr. Archit Aggarwal, a leading dermatologist in Faridabad, Delhi NCR, had been a client of ClinicSpots Digital Services for some time. However, in January 2025, his clinic’s website, kdcclinic.com, was hacked and redirected to an incorrect site. This severely impacted the website’s performance. Despite efforts to recover the domain, the hacker raised the price from ₹30,000 to ₹1 lakh, making it financially unfeasible to buy it back.

The clinic was also struggling to rank on SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages), with the site unable to show up for key terms like dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and hair transplant. The domain hack had caused several technical issues, including the 404 errors and broken links appearing for home page and service pages. Additionally, despite performing PR campaigns, the links still pointed to the old domain, leading to broken links. Additionally, Dr. Aggarwal’s website, originally built on a different WordPress builder, was transferred to the Divi builder after the hack. This switch, while necessary, slowed down the website significantly and made it difficult for us to make manual updates efficiently due to increased loading times.
