Dr. Archit Aggarwal, a leading dermatologist in Faridabad, Delhi NCR, had been a client of ClinicSpots Digital Services for some time. However, in January 2025, his clinic’s website, kdcclinic.com, was hacked and redirected to an incorrect site. This severely impacted the website’s performance. Despite efforts to recover the domain, the hacker raised the price from ₹30,000 to ₹1 lakh, making it financially unfeasible to buy it back.
The clinic was also struggling to rank on SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages), with the site unable to show up for key terms like dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and hair transplant.
